These plays are only for the EVENING GAMES, so this does not include games between 1pm-6pm.
Russell Westbrook- Russ is at the point where you have to play him. His last five games he is averaging 67 fantasy points a game. Yes, I said 67.
Reggie Jackson- Jackson’s price hasn’t gone up to much and he is coming off back-back 30 point fantasy performances, so I like him for tonight. Plus the Hornets are giving up 41 fantasy points a game over their last five games.
DeMar Derozan- Derozan looks to be out of his slump, scoring 25+ points in last three games and averaging 40 fantasy points in his last three games.
Victor Oladipo- Oladipo is coming off two of his best games of the season, posting 57 fantasy points and 46 fantasy points. There aren’t many choices at shooting guard so I feel pretty safe with Oladipo.
Gordon Hayward- Hayward has scored 42 fantasy points in two of his last three games, and tonight might be another, He will face the Nets who have allowed small forwards to average 40 fantasy points over their last ten games.
Al-Farouq Aminu- Aminu is hit or miss, but tonight he should hit against the Lakers, Parsons is still out, so the minutes should be there.
Derrick Favors- Favors should have a great game tonight against the Nets for two reasons. First the Nets traded him for Deron Williams, secondly the Nets have struggled against power forwards. They have given up 46 fantasy points to power forwards over their last five games.
Cody Zeller- Zeller will be needed today to help with Detroit’s size and Detroit has given up 47 fantasy points a game over the last five games.
Nikola Vucevic- If he plays, he should dominate against Boston inside. Boston has struggled against centers, they have given up 51 fantasy points a game to them over the last five games.
Al Jefferson- Detroit’s bigs don’t play much defense inside, so Jefferson should have a nice night. Especially considering the Pistons have allowed 51 fantasy points a game to centers.
